This course is developed to enable entrepreneurs, early and mid-career professionals, specifically on sustainable leadership, sustainability frameworks and their application in decision-making about manufacturing sustainability opportunities and solutions for values that businesses can use to grow sustainably.

- Principles of Sustainability
- Sustainability Framework, Practices, Tools and Techniques
- Sustainability legislation, regulations and codes of practice
- Sustainability standard such as ISO:50001, and Workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations
- Organization sustainability strategies.
- Recommendations for Organizational sustainability
- Presentation of a Mini-Group Project
- Follow-up on Putting in place Initiative plan, Communication Plan on own company’s context after the course. – apply learning to the company context
This course adheres to the SSG Skills Framework <Sustainable Manufacturing, PRE-OPR-6065-1.1> . Trainees who attended at least 75% of the scheduled class, demonstrated competency in the WSQ assessment, and participated during the scheduled class will receive the e-certificate with the aforementioned skills under the SSG Skills Framework.
