Accountancy

Management and supervision of the entire accounting function in client's office including when required, provision of accounting personnel. Advice and assistance on book-keeping (computerised and manual systems) and investigation of accounting systems and reporting on effective improvements. Review and installation of computerised accounting systems.

Taxation

We will prepare the company’s annual income tax return, income tax computation and supporting schedules, etc. to be submitted to the Inland Revenue Department. You will provide us with all necessary assistance to ensure lodgement of such income tax return within the prescribed period.

Corporate Secretarial

Attending to the requirements of the Companies Act including the preparation of annual returns, minutes of meetings of shareholders and directors and other statutory requirements. Advice on and arrangement of the incorporation of limited companies or registration of branch office for foreign companies. Provision of registered office, company secretary and nominee director facilities. Advise on and arrangement of the registration of sole-proprietorship, partnership or representative office. Shelf companies for sale. (Singapore and Offshore Companies) Advice on and assistance in the application of any approval, certificate or permit from any government or quasi-government bodies.

BUSINESS ADVISORY SERVICES

We set up offshore Companies (Hong Kong, British Virgin Islands, etc) for various purposes, e.g. Investments holdings, trading, consultancy, tax planning, etc. Beside, setting up and maintaining an offshore company, we can assist you in setting up a business bank account. We can provide a one-stop highly efficient and confidential professional corporate service. Most clients choose to establish an account in Hong Kong as the territory has NO exchange and capital control; hence funds can be easily transferred into and out of the country. The banks we choose offer Multi-currency account which allows our client to receive and remit funds in over 10 foreign currencies. We can accompany our client to the bank in person.
