Company Registration

In today's globalized world, Singapore's unique advantages have attracted more and more overseas companies to set up branches or subsidiaries here. As a business hub in Southeast Asia, Singapore, with its superior geographical location, stable political environment, and friendly business policies, has become an important gateway for companies to enter the Asia-Pacific market.

Singapore is located in the heart of Southeast Asia, serving as a key hub connecting the Asia-Pacific region. Its world-class port and aviation facilities have made Singapore one of the world's busiest trading centers. By setting up companies in Singapore, businesses can easily access the Southeast Asian market and leverage Singapore's extensive international trade network to expand their global operations.

Furthermore, Singapore is known worldwide for its competitive tax policies. Singapore's corporate income tax rate is only 17%, and it offers various tax deductions and incentives, effectively reducing operating costs and improving profitability.

To avoid the burden of double taxation for multinational companies, Singapore has signed double taxation avoidance agreements with more than 80 countries and regions worldwide. This measure helps companies reduce their tax burden, allowing them to focus more on business expansion and profit growth.

Singapore also boasts a plentiful supply of high-quality talent. Its world-class education system and professional labor market attract a large number of international talents. By establishing companies in Singapore, businesses can access excellent professionals, further enhancing the company's innovation capabilities and market competitiveness.
